Refund & Replacement Policy

At Flowerz by Day, your satisfaction is as important to us as the beauty of our blooms. Each arrangement is handcrafted with care, and we take pride in delivering exceptional quality and service.

Due to the Perishable Nature of Our Products:

We do not offer refunds for fresh flower arrangements unless there is a verifiable issue with quality, delivery, or accuracy. However, we are absolutely committed to making things right if something doesn’t meet expectations.

We Gladly Offer Refunds or Replacements If:

  • You received the wrong product or incomplete order
  • Your flowers arrived damaged
  • The order was not delivered as promised

In any of these cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photos are extremely helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

Replacements:

If an arrangement doesn’t arrive in perfect condition or doesn’t match your order, we’ll provide a free replacement as soon as possible. You can also choose to schedule it for another day.

Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled 24+ hours before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be refunded, as your flowers may already be in production.
