    At Flowerz by Day, your satisfaction is as important to us as the beauty of our blooms. Each arrangement is handcrafted with care, and we take pride in delivering exceptional quality and service.<\/p>

    Due to the Perishable Nature of Our Products:<\/h3>

    We do not offer refunds<\/strong> for fresh flower arrangements unless there is a verifiable issue with quality, delivery, or accuracy. However, we are absolutely committed to making things right if something doesn\u2019t meet expectations.<\/p>

    We Gladly Offer Refunds or Replacements If:<\/h3>
    • You received the wrong product<\/strong> or incomplete order<\/li>
    • Your flowers arrived damaged<\/strong><\/li>
    • The order was not delivered as promised<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      In any of these cases, please contact us within 24 hours<\/strong> of receiving your order. Photos are extremely helpful in resolving the issue quickly.<\/p>

      Replacements:<\/h3>

      If an arrangement doesn\u2019t arrive in perfect condition or doesn\u2019t match your order, we\u2019ll provide a free replacement<\/strong> as soon as possible. You can also choose to schedule it for another day.<\/p>

      Cancellations:<\/h3>
      • Orders canceled 24+ hours<\/strong> before scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours<\/strong> before delivery may not be refunded, as your flowers may already be in production.<\/li><\/ul>
