John R. Kouris<\/strong> writes with the precision of an attorney and the empathy of a man who has spent a lifetime observing quiet human courage. A lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana, he spent six decades at the intersection of law, leadership, and mentorship, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the National Institute of Trial Attorneys, and for twenty-one years, as Executive Director of DRI\u2013Lawyers Representing Business<\/strong>, the world\u2019s largest association of defense attorneys.<\/p>
