Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas (drained)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle with more LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving.
- Enjoy with pita bread or veggies.
