Hummus (Arabian)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cumin

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drizzle with more LO’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving.
  3. Enjoy with pita bread or veggies.
