Streamlined Shipping

WoodLock Homes ships efficiently to any build location across the U.S. and abroad.
We coordinate delivery schedules based on seasonal production flow and your site readiness.

Typical lead times:

Our team will assist you in planning site access to ensure smooth unloading — wide, stable access roads are required for tractor-trailer delivery.

On-Site Support

Each delivery can be accompanied by a WoodLock Technical Advisor, who remains available throughout the assembly phase to guide your builder or general contractor on best practices for setup and fastening. Woodlock also has expert assembly crews that typically cost no more than your local contractor and know how to organize materials and get your home up quickly.

Your advisor will:

  • Verify the foundation and floor alignment.
  • Ensure correct stacking sequence of pre-numbered panels.
  • Confirm airtight seals and moisture barriers are properly installed.
  • Provide on-site coordination for rapid dry-in completion.

From first timber to finished exterior and interior walls up, in Weeks not Months.

Foundation & Assembly Coordination

While your foundation is being poured or your sub-floor is being prepared, the pre-cut laminated timber system is already in fabrication.

Once the site is ready, the entire structure arrives ready to assemble, reducing construction timelines dramatically.

Optional Upgrades:

  • Thermal-Wall insulation system for enhanced R-value and wiring access.
  • Integrated conduit paths for electrical and mechanical routing.
  • Advanced weather-seal package for extreme climates.

Designed for Easy
Assembly

Each laminated wall section locks together using our patenteddeep tongue-and-groove joinery, creating a structural bond that is both airtight and weatherproof.

Thanks to our kiln-dried, lightweight timbers, most homes can be assembled without cranes or heavy equipment — reducing cost and complexity.

Precision engineering means faster assembly, tighter seals, and zero settling
